Aft deck chairs and a teak table shared with the cabin make make the aft deck an extremely pleasurable place to be. Note the comfortable wrap-around seating and the molded in stairs to the flybridge. Very safe and comfortable.
The entire transom of the boat is all storage, batteries one side, generators centerline.
Sun Deck on the Flybridge
On the Flybridge you'll find comfortable seating with an oversized built in freezer below. A great and handy feature.
The Bimini is built to fold down and back out of the way. It has a quick pin disconnect so you can pull if off in the sun.
The sun mat aft on the flybridge is a great spot for your sunbathing guests.
The seating cushions come up and the deck chairs move back to adjust to your level of comfort.
The flybridge (below) features a centered helm station complete with all the dual-station navigation, electronics, and thruster control a Captain would want. That includes a remote spotlight and windlass.

The helm pod has twin seats, a racy aluminum wheel, and adequate room on the dash. One criticism of the boat is the small compass. But then I like them big and stable. Top on my list for my dealer to upgrade is the compass and ladder back helm chairs.
I must admit by this time I was starting to think just how good I'd look as Captain on the flybridge.
Beneteau Antares 13.80 - A Flybridge Beauty Just think how good you'd look up there!
Overall, what impressed me the most is the blend of living spaces, inside and out: The fun-in-the-sun areas of the foredeck sunpad, the flybridge protected by a canvas Bimini, the large cockpit with its large stern bench seat, the wide swim platform and side decks allowing easy transit fore and aft. And the fact that the design is quite attractive overall. |
