I am from a large boating family and have spent most of my life on the water. Growing up, my father taught me to operate his 57’ Chris Craft and other boats, thus giving me the hands-on, practical experience in the operation, navigation, and maintenance of yachts up to 70 feet in length.
I was hired by the Allied Marine Service Dept. in Stuart, Florida, ten years ago. I quickly progressed to sales and sold my first boat in just a few months. Shortly after I began my sales career, I transferred to the Fort Lauderdale office. I moved to Naples in 1995, to open a new office for Allied Marine.
My clients benefit from my extensive training, which includes:
Tiara Yachts factory for the past eight years
Bertram factory in Miami
Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, and Cummins Diesel factories
My continuous education and training ensures that my clients purchase a properly equipped vessel that meets their needs.
I have been involved in the Summer Cruise since 1994 and started the West Coast Winter Cruise in 1998. These cruises are not only very enjoyable, but are a great way to meet new people and experience new places in a way you could not do on your own.

Mr. Greenfield started his marine industry career as a yacht dealership owner where he was also a broker.
The organization resided in Marina del Rey, California, where Randy was for more than 10 years. Two years ago, Mr. Greenfield traded the California sun for the Sunshine State where he’s been selling yachts for more than two years.
Prior to entering the marine industry, Randy Greenfield worked in advertising sales with Infinity Broadcasting for seven years.

The experience I have gained over the years as a Master Merchant Mariner (100 ton U.S.C.G. license) has definitely helped me become a successful broker these past six years. I originally was hired as a corporate Captain for Allied Marine, and eventually switched to sales when the Naples office opened.
My extensive knowledge in the operations, servicing, and delivery of yachts is essential in earning the trust of my customers, as well as being educated along with the fun of buying their dream boat.

It was a pleasure and privilege to have delivered 13 new Tiara Yachts this past year including a 50 Open, 44 Sovran, 4200 Open, 3800 Open, (4) 3500 Opens, (2) 3100 Opens, and (2) 2900 Coronets as well as several trade and brokerage boats. I am very grateful to have met and formed lasting relationships with some very happy new Tiara owners. One customer is on his fourth new boat purchased through me in the past five years! In addition to new yachts, I have also sold a wide variety of brokerage boats over the years including several sport fisherman, motor yachts and of course, Tiaras. |
