Tiara Yachts Glorious 5200 Salon "Open Shroud" Redesign
Boater's LIFE was lucky to see the first of the new Tiara Yacht 5200 Sovran Salon redesigns on the Great Lakes a few weeks ago. It's the Tiara Flagship, with a new level of openness and livability. The salon is open to the cabin below deck. The shroud and its sliding companionway door are gone.

What Makes Beneteau Powerboats Different?
Beneteau is not well known well yet in the US powerboat market. But, they've been building powerboats in Europe for almost 100 years. Judging by the Antares 13.80 and the Flyer 12 below, we think that Beneteau Power is about to become well known.
 
We've taken a look at Beneteau to find out what makes it different from other manufacturers. The answer is that they truly are Bluewater boats. They feel differently out at sea. They have nice modified V entries and a great ride. The ride is soft, and it can take a seaway. They are very dry.
