Journal Style - Typical Blog Order
Most Recent First - Ordered like a Diary. Readers see you Most Recent Entry First. This is the easiest for them to watch for updates. New posted entries have to stand on their own as new readers will not have the benefit of having read your previous posts first.

Story Line or Chronological Order
Most Recent Last - This format is good for documenting a Cruise in which you would like your entries to be in the order of your stops, most Recent Entry at End.

Note: If you will be posting entries during an active cruise, use Journal Style so readers can read your most recent entry first. When the cruise is completed you may change the order to that of a Story Line so the Cruise can be read from start of the cruise to its finish (most recent last).

Optional settings to encourage readers to participate.

Allow Comments Posting?
Allowing comments will allow readers to post comments to each of your entries. They may be in the form of questions, corrections or a request for additional information. They are moderated - meaning that they are not automatically posted to your blog. You will need to review and approve them before they can be seen by others. Their use encourages the development of an interactive community that develops a following and a larger number of readers.

Enable Ping Trackbacks?
This setting notifies you when another blog has referenced yours in some way and notifies them as to when you have posted new entries. It connects your blog to the world wide network of bloggers and can develop links between blogs and other sites. You will receive notification in your posting area as to when this occurs. If you have no clue as to what this is about, it may be best to leave it off.
