Baia Yachts have been produced as semi-custom, high performance yachts in Italy since 1961, originally under the company name Mericraft, and now known as Cantieri di Baja. Baia’s shipyard is found at the Gulf of Pozzuoli, near Naples, Italy; this area has been an ancient Roman harbor dating back to centuries B.C. The facilities are home to a number of integrated companies serving Baia exclusively. Baia has consistently been an Italian leader in adapting to advanced technologies. Baia started to create yacht cruisers with a rounded glass windshield as part of a convertible hard top offering. The hull construction process at Baia ensures the even distribution of the laminates and their associated mechanical attributes. The current fleet of Baia manufactured yachts range from 48 to 82 feet in length.

Magnum Yachts stands for principles in yacht building such as safety, seaworthiness, and performance, while providing style, quality and exclusiveness. Based in North Miami Beach, Florida, Magnum was started approximately in 1966 by Don Aronow. In 1976 a change in ownership to Marchese and Katrin Filippo Theodoli caused a transition to incorporating high performance design into large, luxury yachts. Today, Magnum Marine craft span from a 27-foot racer style to a 90-foot luxury yacht. The interiors of each yacht are custom engineered for the individual client’s wishes. Magnum Marine hand-laminates each yacht. Magnum has received a number of praises from both McDonnell Douglas on the structural, mechanical, and electrical superiority of the yachts, and Boating Magazine on the strength of the yacht construction.

Wally Yachts , known widely for its sailing yachts, started building power yachts in 2001. The power models are the Wallytender, and Wallypower of three sizes. The Wallytender is a 45-foot long yacht that is rated at 50 knots with a certain twin-engine design. The Wallypower is available in 65 feet, 88 feet, and 118 feet lengths. The Wallypower 88, based off of the Wallypower 118, can move at a maximum rated 70 knots. The Wallypower 118 and 88 feature an angled superstructure that is reminiscent of a prism. The Wallypower 65 combines the openness of the Wallytender with the lines of the 118 hull for water performance. These yachts are constructed at Wally’s Intermarine yard in Italy.
