Not sure What Bandwidth to Select?
Problem with Intermittent Play?

Note: If you experience intermittent playback... Please select the next lower quality level. Your connection or network is busy.

All levels are designed to provide an excellent video experience in today's browsers. Our videos are quality enhanced with quick start technology, however there may be a short initial wait period while our media server determines your bandwidth capabilities and adjusts to it. Also, if you change levels, the video will begin at the beginning. This is normal.

Which to choose?
Broadband
Other

Our videos have been tested in both Windows and Mac environments.  They work in Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, Opera and Safari.

The first three options below are for Cable, DSL, or High Speed Networks. Dial-up is at the bottom.

Select - High

Select High if you are on Cable that is not busy or have higher connectivity. This setting is excellent for full screen viewing. Simply right click the video when playing to select full screen option.

Select - Medium

Medium and Low are excellent choices for busy cable connections and high bandwidth corporate networks.

Select - Low or Busy Bandwidth Conditions

Low should be used when accessing through DSL, or most corporate server networks with a number of computers connected to it. This will minimize network congestion and ensure adequate bandwidth for the video. Video is still very good at this level.

Select - Dial-up

Dial-up is a challenge for quality video. Our videos compensate for this by providing you with a smaller size and lesser quality video. This means that you will experience some download and possible buffering of the media in order to provide an adequate video experience.

Opera Users

If you are using Opera and the links to the videos do not appear to work, the most likely cause is that your Browser is set to look like some other kind of Browser to the internet.

The default install setting is actually set to look like Internet Explorer. In this case, many Javascript controls will not work.

To correct this, simply go to Tools --> Quick Preferences from the top menu and select Identify as Opera. Refresh your page and our video controls should work.

Correctly identifying your browser as Opera will help your web experience in many sites throughout the web.

MAC Users

Our videos have been tested in both Windows and Mac environments.  They work in Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, Opera and Safari. However, you may need a plug-in for windows media player. See below for further information.

Windows Media Player for Mac and Flip4Mac

Microsoft will continue to offer Windows Media Player 9 as a free download for Macintosh users, but has no plans to provide future updates or product support for Windows Media Player for Mac.

As an alternative, Microsoft has teamed up with Telestream to make its popular Flip4Mac program available to Macintosh users. Flip4Mac provides Windows Media video and audio playback in the QuickTime Player for Mac OS X.
